Jesus saves
I'm sticking with Jesus no matter what this world does.
Academia can't save you.
Religions can't save you.
Philosophy can't save you.
Politics can't save you.
Your friends can't save you.
Money can't save you.
And you can't save yourself.

Prayer
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working." (James 5:13–16, ESV)
Rituals
Ceremonies and rituals cannot save a person, only Jesus can save us. Observing traditions of whatever sort cannot save anyone, only the blood of Christ can do that, and being transformed into His likeness can only be hindered by such things, for only personal relationship between the Master and His disciple can transform a person.

Jesus
On our own we don't know nor can we find the way to God's house. This is why God sent His son to be the way to the kingdom.The invitation is for everyone: but not all who are invited accept the invitation, because the way to God's house is narrow (Matthew 7:13-14). Jesus is the one through whom everyone must come (Matthew 7:14).
Adddiction
Revelation 9:21, "And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries or their sexual immorality or there thefts." The word sorceries comes from the Greek word pharmakeia meaning: pharmacy, medication, drugs, sorcery, witchcraft, and magic. This verse implies that the great tribulation will be a time when drugs will not be controlled. Our culture today is already infested with rampant drug and alcohol abuse. The majority of people in jails are there on some charge related to drugs. Much has been said in our newspapers recently. Drug clinics keep growing in number. Drugs are a key tool of Satan to deceive and enslave people in destructive and expensive addictions. People need to start worshiping God and stop being entertained by the wickedness of the world. They need to call good, good, and evil, evil. Drugs can short circuit our safeguards, blow our moral fuses, confuse our judgment, and remove our self control. Drug and alcohol abuse opens you up to spiritual attacks. It gives Satan a stronghold in your life. How can anyone who claims to follow Jesus be used by God as a witness to others when they have no self control with drug and alcohol abuse? Jesus can take away all our addictions if we want Him to. That's the key, if we want Him to. That's a decision that each person must make concerning addictions. Do they want help? Do they want to be free from drugs and alcohol? This will only happen when they truly want to be free from it. When they reach that point God will be able to help them and make them into a new person.

After she placed her hand on a Bible and signed the Coronation Oath, she heard the words: “Our gracious Queen: To keep your majesty ever mindful of the Law and the Gospel of God as the Rule for the whole life and government . . . we present you with this Book, the most valuable thing that this world affords.”
Other scriptures were read from Psalm 84 and 141, as well as passages from the New Testament. In 2002, when she was asked the secret of her “remarkable consistency of character," she answered, “I draw strength from the message of hope in the Christian gospel.”

President
I just heard President Trump make a speech that any American ,regardless of Political Party affiliation, Race,or Religion should be proud of. It's time that ALL Americans , regardless of the above , stand firm on issues concerning the safety of our nation. We have enemies abroad that pose serious risk to our country. I sincerely believe he wants to protect ALL citizens in our nation. We as Americans need to stand strong ! Our President is only human, no doubt he is capable of making a mistake. No doubt everyone will agree with him. But when a man makes a speech like I just heard , especially recognizing the brave men & women that paid the ultimate sacrifice that is laying in cemeteries across our country, did not die in vain. He lifts restrictions and let the experienced Generals as well as the brave men and women in our military do their jobs , leave the man alone. The media needs to back off and tone down. Remember, our enemies have radios , computers and TV'S also. We need to pray for him as well for one another and OUR country.
