PRIORITY: Each player, regardless of position should be maxed at the following skills first
SPEED
STAMINA
TOUGHNESS
CARRY (OFFENSE)
HIT POWER (DEFENSE)

Recruit Players with High Training Speeds (try to recruit players with high energy recovery as well)
Draft players as young as possible. I generally avoid drafting players over 24 if possible. That being said, if your team needs an older player, by all means get em. Just don’t overpay for them
140%-160% = GOOD
160%-175& = REALLY GOOD
175%-190% = EXCELLENT
190% & UP=PREMIUM
