Wiring may have caused this fire.

Notice the tangled mess of wires in this picture. This fire has been burning for more than 12 hours. There are between 24-29 employees call center trapped on the 4th floor of this building. At this time the genius' of the Davo City Fire Dept.and Mayor of Davao City are wondering how this fire started. Can anyone say incompetency and/or ignorance
