The will of God toward men

The will of God toward man means everything that God wishes to happen in heaven and on earth. An example would the first part of the Lord's prayer. Jesus teaches us to pray that God's will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:9-10).
There are five things (wills of God) found in scripture. We are to be sexually pure (1 Thessalonians 4:3-8). We are to be filled with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:17-18). We need to understand that believers will suffer (1 Peter 4:19). We are to give thanks always (1 Thessalonians 5:18). We are to submit to our government (1 Peter 2:13-15).

To know what the will of God is for us we must first know what God's will is, and we must want His will to be.

The Wall

The wall is not the democrat's real issue. The real issue is keeping Trump from doing something he pledged to do so people will not re-elect him in 2020. They know if he fulfills his campaign promises that he is more likely to get re-elected. Then he will probably appoint more conservative people to the Supreme Court. The democrats know this and will pull every stunt they can imagine to keep him from looking good and getting re-elected. With a more conservative Supreme Court Roe vs Wade will probably be overturned. The wall is only a scapegoat to make President Trump look bad. The democrats voted for funding for a barrier in 2006 and again in 2013. When Trump became President they turned against the wall to make him look bad. There are numerous videos of democrats talking about illegal immigration over the last few decades. I remember hearing this discussion years ago. What's happening is pure politics. The budget covers many areas. There are numerous provisions for many causes. There is a serious problem at the border. It's time to stop talking about it, take action, and move on as a country.

John Calvin

I am not a fan of John Calvin, but not because I dislike him; don't know too much about his personality, to be honest. Abusive, insulting, harsh? I am pretty sure some people could have said this about Paul the Apostle as well. He sounds pretty defensive in 2 Cor 10-13. Be that as it may, it does not automatically make Calvin heretic. Ad hominem fallacy alert?

Spiritual netrality

Most of the world believes in Spiritual neutrality. We want to think that we are neutral and that at out pleasure we can decide to trust God or to reject Him. This denies the basic truth that all men are sinners (John 3:18). We do not have to do anything to be lost. The idea of Spiritual Neutrality is a myth. All men are sinners. Unless we come to Jesus, we will be eternally lost. This is the Message that stirs up so much hatred in our world

Satan

Satan is not all-knowing but he is a high-ranking angel who has lived for thousands of years... He's pretty astute at assessing human nature. And if his minions have been watching us, his evaluation will be even more well-informed.

Wolf in sheeps clothing

Think you can't be deceived? Lucifer appears as an angel of light. Remember, one-third blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world's darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the Heavenly realms." (Ephesians 6:12)
of the angels went with Lucifer. "For our struggle is not against flesh a
Don’t be fooled:
1. SATAN IS THE FATHER OF LIES: (John 8:44). Lying is Satan’s primary weapon against God/Yahweh’s children. He directly contradicts the Word of Yahweh.
2) TEST THE SPIRITS: “Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God/Yahweh because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” (1 John 4:1-2)
“The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ/Messiah, who is the image of God/Yahweh.” (2 Corinthians 4:4)
3. BE A FRUIT INSPECTOR: Don’t think that just because someone in church leadership says something, it must be true. What is their fruit? “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves… Therefore by their fruits, you will know them.” (Matthew 7:15-16)
4. USE THE DEUTERONOMY 13 TEST: Deuteronomy 13 gives the guidelines for testing the validity of men’s interpretation of Scripture. “If the prophet says, “Let us follow other gods (this includes syncretizing pagan worship with the worship of Yahweh) and let us worship them,” you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The Lord/Adonai your God/Elohim is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul...”
(Deuteronomy 13:1-3)
Serving other gods is a simple as obeying their commands and keeping their feasts as opposed to Yahweh’s instructions.
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalm 119: 105) and “The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple” (verse 130).

America

THE PIECE THAT HOLDS IT ALL TOGETHER
When I was a child I was fascinated with the wooden puzzle I was given by my father. It looked solid and complete. It seemed to be easily deconstructed and reformed… until it was taken apart and the reassembly was begun.
Then the once regular shapes that formed so easily into the perfect cube were not so easily reassembled. The genius of the designer of the puzzle became evident, and it took some time to recreate the cube using every piece with perfect balance and harmony.
That is an excellent metaphor for our Constitutional Republic. The kindergarten version of the balance of powers is that we have three branches of government – Legislative, Executive and Judicial. Of course, that is true, but it is far too simplistic to understand the intricate inner workings and the genius of the inner structure of our Constitutional Republic.
When we look carefully at the US Constitution of 1787, we see that with every designation of power and responsibility there follows a limitation on that power. Nowhere is power given without a balancing limitation. This is the secret to the inner workings of the “puzzle” of our Constitution, the checks and balances throughout, hidden within the structure.
Those who are unaware, or choose to ignore the intricate inner workings of the structure have tried to remove, alter, or ignore the parts, and have tried to form the remains into the solid cube that the Founders created. It is impossible to do.
When constructing the wooden puzzle there is the last piece, which slipped into place, holds the cube together. In the Constitution of 1787 that piece was self-government. Each man and woman being accountable to God governing their own conduct in the light of Eternity.
John Adams said in a speech to the military in 1798, “We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion… Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”
Noah Webster, Father of American Scholarship and Education stated, “[T]he Christian religion, in its purity, is the basis, or rather the source of all genuine freedom in government… and I am persuaded that no civil government of a republican form can exist and be durable in which the principles of that religion have not a controlling influence.”
Likewise, George Washington, General of the Revolutionary Army, President of the Constitutional Convention, First President of the United States of America and the Father of our Nation underscored the connection between self-government under God and the stability of the nation by saying, “Religion and morality are the essential pillars of a civil society.”
Remove this key piece from the intricate structure of the Republic created by the Founders, and their words become true, “no civil government of a republican form can exist and be durable.” [Note: the word republican is not used here to denote any party (i.e., Democrat or Republican), but to refer to the fact that the United States is a republic and not a democracy].

History

Ignorance is scary and has consequences.
History has a way of repeating itself. We ignore the lessons of the Bolshevik revolution, Castro 's Cuba, Mao's China, the Killing Fields of Cambodia and the collapse of Venezuela at our own peril.
Our government was founded on the principles of individual rights and freedom. The role of our government is to protect the rights and freedoms of the individual as expressed among others in religion, speech, private property and free enterprise, encouraging the power of self-determination.
The right for the individual to pursue life, liberty and happiness is promised in the Declaration of Independence. The role of government was predicated on protecting these rights
Yet, the same people who decry and dismiss our Founding Fathers for their misperceived lack of resolve against slavery are leading the country in a march toward slavery.
Socialism cannot work without the state being in control. We the people become vassels or slaves to the state. The state tells us what is good for us economically, socially and culturally.
Personal freedom is subjugated to the needs of the masses as determined by the state. Differing opinions and convictions are corralled and derided as hate speech.
Those who espouse ideas contrary to what is politically correct are isolated, berated and vilified. This is among the first steps in training the masses in the power of group think and the mindset of slavery.
Slaves are struck down if they challenge the master. People are enslaved when they are scared to express dissenting opinions. We need to wake up to hear the chains rattling.
