The most crucial problem with the Roman Catholic Church is its belief that faith alone in Christ is not sufficient for salvation. The Bible clearly and consistently states that receiving Jesus Christ as Savior, by grace through faith, grants salvation (John 1:12; 3:16,18,36; Acts 16:31; Romans 10:9-10,13; Ephesians 2:8-9). The Roman Catholic Church rejects this. The official position of the Roman Catholic Church is that a person must believe in Jesus Christ AND be baptized AND receive the Eucharist along with the other sacraments AND obey the decrees of the Roman Catholic Church AND perform meritorious works AND not die with any mortal sins AND etc., etc., etc. Catholic divergence from the Bible on this most crucial of issues, salvation, means that yes, Catholicism is a false religion. If a person believes what the Catholic Church officially teaches, he/she will not be saved. Any claim that works or rituals must be added to faith in order for salvation to be achieved is a claim that Jesus’ death was not sufficient to fully purchase our salvation.

Since the body cannot be separated from your self-being, How do you take care and respect it?
1 Corinthians 10:31(ESV) So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 3:16-17 (ESV) Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, then God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.
1 Timothy 4:8 (ESV) For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
Proverbs 11:17 (ESV) A man who is kind benefits himself, but a cruel man hurts himself.
3 John 1:2 (ESV) Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.
The Bible does not tell us in so many words how to take care of ourselves but it assumes everyone will. Mark 31:12 tells us to love our neighbor as we love ourselves. It commands husbands to love their wives as their own bodies (Ephesians (5:28-29).

Sevanthood
Romans 8:14 "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God they are the sons of God."
When God divinely clarifies Scripture to make it understandable to us and divinely enables us to obey Scripture. When the Spirit leads a person in these ways they can be assured God has adopted them into His family.
The Spirit within us makes us God's children.
All born-again Christians are God's servants. A servant is someone who carries out the will of another. A servant of the Lord is one who fulfills God's will. The Bible has a lot to say about servanthood.
